Returns & Refunds Policy

Many of our products are made on demand, this allows a small business like ours to create designs and get them into customer’s hands without the burden of investing in large amounts of inventory.

If you didn’t love what you ordered? We’re happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and new condition.

If you had a defect or issue with the quality of the print, we’re happy to accept this return as well, within the same parameters as listed above but please specify that your order has a defect so we can route your return properly and get another ordered for you.

To make a return, please email support@sandbridgesurfco.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
